💕 What are squishies?
Squishies are soft, squeezable novelty collectibles that come in tons of adorable shapes, characters, and designs. Some are slow-rising, some are scented, and some are just too cute to resist! 😍
🛍️ How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your favorites, add them to your cart, and check out! Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
📦 How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days although I do try to make it less. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
During sales, holidays, or especially busy periods, processing times may be a little longer.
🚚 What shipping carrier do you use?
We may ship orders using USPS, or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
📧 Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
🧸 Are all squishies brand new?
Yes! Unless an item is specifically identified as something else in the product description, our squishies are new and unused.
✨ Will my squishy look exactly like the picture?
We do our best to photograph and describe every item accurately. Because of lighting, screens, and manufacturing variations, colors and small details may vary slightly from the photos.
🍓 Are squishies scented?
Some are and some aren't! If a squishy is scented, we'll include that information in its product description.
🧼 Can I wash my squishy?
Most squishies should not be submerged in water or put in a washing machine. For general care, gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth when needed and allow it to completely air dry.
💥 What if my squishy arrives damaged?
We're sorry! 💕 Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to determine the best way to resolve the issue.
❓ I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Oh no! 😭 Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll get it sorted out!
🐻 Are squishies safe for young children?
Squishies are novelty/collectible items and may contain small parts. They are not intended for children under 3 years old. Always follow the age and safety information listed on the individual product.
🐶 Are squishies safe for pets?
No. Please keep squishies away from pets. They are not pet toys and should never be given to animals.
🛒 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We may be able to make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to absolutely love your squishies! 🧸✨ Because our items are collectible, novelty products that can be delicate, we have a limited return and exchange policy.
🛍️ Returns
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, ordered the wrong item, or do not like the item's size, color, scent, texture, or appearance.
Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your squishy arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging it arrived in
- A brief description of the issue
Do not throw away the item or packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the issue.
Once we receive the requested information, we'll determine whether a replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
📦 Wrong Item Received
If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right!
Please provide your order number and photos of the item you received.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
We do not offer exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or simply changing your mind.
🚫 Unauthorized Returns
Please do not mail an item back to us without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Squishies are delicate novelty/collectible items. Minor variations in color, shape, texture, scent, packaging, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily qualify as defects.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling, excessive squeezing, stretching, exposure to heat, water damage, or other misuse is not covered.
